At TSX Broadway, a transformative redevelopment at 1568 Broadway in the heart of Times Square, our team fabricated the custom structural steel framing that supports the building’s massive LED façade and integrated performance stage. These steel systems carry significant dynamic and static loads, including oversized operable stage doors and large-format digital signage that wraps the building’s podium. The project required precision fabrication, tight tolerances, and seamless integration with architectural and mechanical components.
Working within one of the most complex and constrained construction environments in the city, our steel was delivered in carefully sequenced modules and installed in coordination with rigging, curtain wall, and staging teams. Every element—from façade supports to stage framing—was engineered to perform under demanding structural, mechanical, and visual requirements. The result is a fully integrated platform for performance and digital display that anchors the building’s identity and redefines the Broadway experience.
